1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been placed.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- 🇺🇸 United States — 8–14 business days
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom — 9–15 business days
- 🇨🇦 Canada — 9–15 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods such as holidays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value:
- 🇺🇸 United States — $8.99 flat rate
- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom — $5.88 flat rate
- 🇨🇦 Canada — $7.30 flat rate
- Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — see promotional banners on our website
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
HovLux ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please follow these steps:
- Check your tracking number for the latest update
- Verify your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout
- Check with neighbors or your local post office in case of missed delivery

HovLux is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, natural events, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
8. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hovlux.store with your order number and photos of the item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
9. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@hovlux.store. We can only update addresses before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages.
