TERMS OF SALE

Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing an order on the HovLux website. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the HovLux online store. HovLux reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order with HovLux, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • The shipping address provided is located in one of our supported countries (United States, United Kingdom, or Canada)
  • All information provided at checkout is accurate and complete

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. HovLux reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors on our website
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Failure to verify payment

In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the product cost only. Shipping costs are added at checkout. HovLux accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Any other payment methods available at checkout

Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase. HovLux uses secure, encrypted payment processing and does not store your payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Sale. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. HovLux is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 8–14 business days — $8.99
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 9–15 business days — $5.88
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 9–15 business days — $7.30

6. Returns & Refunds

HovLux wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us at support@hovlux.store within 7 days of receiving your item. Refunds or replacements are offered in the following situations:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item was not delivered within 30 days of the order date

To process a return or refund request, you must provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns for change of mind once the order has been shipped.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@hovlux.store with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our Returns & Refunds policy will apply instead.

8. Product Warranty

HovLux products are sourced from verified suppliers and are quality-checked before dispatch. However, we do not offer an extended manufacturer warranty unless stated on the product page. Our warranty is limited to the remedies outlined in Section 6 (Returns & Refunds).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HovLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Customers in the United Kingdom are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers in the United States and Canada are protected under applicable federal and state/provincial consumer protection laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the customer's country of residence. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting support@hovlux.store.
